Our store

Floaty Paw sells dog flotation vests and accessories online at floatypaw.com. All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may update products, prices, and promotions at any time.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error); if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy: US orders typically arrive in 6-12 business days, international orders in 2-3 weeks.

Returns and refunds

Safety

Floaty Paw vests are a swim aid, not a substitute for supervision. Always supervise your dog in and around water, check the fit before each use, and size according to our size chart (between sizes, size up).

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and not to misuse the site (no unlawful use, scraping, or interference with the service).

Intellectual property

The Floaty Paw name, logo, product photos, and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
