30-Day Floats-or-it's-Free Guarantee

If your dog isn't floating comfortably within 30 days of delivery, we refund every cent. No forms, no fuss.

Returns

Free returns within 30 days of delivery. Email floatypaw@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label - no questions asked. Items should be in reasonable condition (normal use while testing the fit is fine).

Size exchanges

Wrong size? Exchanges are free both ways. Tell us your dog's weight and chest girth (measured just behind the front legs) and we'll get the right size on the way. Between sizes, size up.

Refunds

Once your return or guarantee claim is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost - you keep the original.
